The challenge
Google's AI Overviews were unsure about these brands and leaned negative, partly because customers had been complaining about problems such as slow page speed.
What I did
Helped each client fix the problems customers had been complaining about. Built genuine mentions on Reddit, and took part in and started product discussions in relevant threads. Ran digital PR. Once the problems were fixed, real customers began leaving positive reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
The result
Within 6 months, the conversation around each brand had changed, and so had the way Google's AI Overviews described them.
